Fairway Bay condos are located on the south end of the island and behind the gates of the Longboat Key Club. Owners have easy access to 45 holes of golf, numerous tennis courts, shopping at the Avenue of the Flowers, a marina and a private beach club.

Fairway Bay Longboat Key FL condos are made up Mediterranean style townhouses and mid rise condo apartments. The townhouses looked like they were yanked from the Greek isles. There are four condo towers that are five stories high. These units are right on the Sarasota bay and offer some of the best water views on Longboat Key.

Sometimes people refrain from buying on the beach because their budget does not match their size needs.
